It's rumored to be late 2009, nothing official though. However,they said the games will be much bigger than all previous GoW games, so don't be surprised if it didn't came out tell 2010.

I loved Jeanne D'ark, I would love to see a similar game from Level 5, but I rather see it on the PSP(or PSN) and not as full Blue-Ray game.
Taking voice chat out was a big disappointment, but I have to say, I never felt comfortable talking with someone with a foul mouth while he's out of the reach of my hands.

Not really, GT fans are used to that kind of delay, GT3 was delayed for months, GT4 was delayed for a year and a half, as long as the end result meat the expectation GT fans will be satisfied.

Haze didn't flopped because of some technical hardware issues that can be caused by difficult programing.
Difficult programing doesn't make bad stories.
Difficult programing doesn't cause bad level design and character models(design not graphics).
Difficult programing doesn't cause boring and repetitive gameplay.
And difficult programing don't lead to an unbalanced multiplayer experience. Nictor, however does.

Nice list, but I have few issues with it:
1- How can Castlevania Judgement be on both "Biggest Disappointment" and "Game That We Knew Would Suck" categories, how can you be disappointed with it if you knew it would suck?
2- Fallout 3 hasn't made a new genre, it's basically is Oblivion with deferent settings.
